A Side Dish That Goes With Everything

This dish is not only loaded with Sulfur Veggies, it also goes with just about anything. Fish, Lamb, Beef, Poultry - you name it! Just vary the spices to fit your dish. Dr. Terry Wahls taught me the importance of Sulfur Veggies. Link to one of the best "Diet Books" below.

Note: It's easy to get confused when reading food labels today. To save you research time and frustration, I have linked as often as possible to my favorite brands.   1. ​Wash and roughly chop the cauliflower

  2. Use the grating attachment on the food processor and grate all cauliflower. If you don't have a food processor, you can use a cheese grater but it takes a lot longer to prep.​  

  3. Melt the oil or butter in the large skillet or dutch oven over medium high heat.

  4. When melted, add the leeks and saute' while stirring for about 5 minutes.

  5. Add mushrooms and continue to stir for another 2 minutes.

  6. Add cauliflower, spices and broth and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  7. Continue to stir and heat the cauliflower mix until heated through, approximately 10 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!

**If you know you are allergic to Nightshades, please eliminate the spices with an *. If you have severe health issues, consider substituting these spices as well. Nightshades are a food group that causes a lot of inflammation in health compromised individuals.
